These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gaureeva website and purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

Eligibility and Website Use

You agree to provide accurate information when using our website, creating an account, placing an order, or contacting customer support.

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse any website functionality.

Product Information and Claims

Gaureeva Cow Ghee is described as being prepared using the Bilona method. Product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, net quantity, nutritional information, storage instructions, and other claims will be based on the actual product and applicable requirements.

Natural variations in colour and texture may occur. Such variation does not automatically establish that a product is defective. However, suspected spoilage, contamination, damaged seals, or other legitimate quality concerns will be investigated.

Customers should refer to the product packaging for the applicable batch details, manufacturing or packing date, best-before information, ingredients, storage directions, and other required declarations.

We will not intentionally publish false, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claims.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may update product listings, product specifications, or availability from time to time.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been accepted and payment has been received, we will inform the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other mandatory fees will be shown before the order is placed.

Gaureeva currently accepts prepaid online payments only through the payment options displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Customers should follow the security instructions provided during checkout and must not share OTPs or confidential payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent Gaureeva.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily confirm dispatch. Order acceptance and dispatch status will be communicated through the website or the contact details provided during checkout.

If a genuine pricing error, stock issue, payment problem, or fulfilment issue occurs, we will contact the customer and handle any cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

Pan-India delivery is available to serviceable pin codes. Processing and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

Food Safety and Storage

Customers should follow the product label's storage and handling instructions.

Do not consume products that appear contaminated, spoiled, tampered with, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption. Contact customer support promptly if you identify a potential safety or quality issue.

Intellectual Property

The Gaureeva name, logo, product photographs, website design, original text, graphics, and other content are owned by Gaureeva or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised commercial copying, reproduction, distribution, or use of such material is prohibited except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, delivery, website hosting, analytics, communication, and customer support.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. This clause does not exclude any responsibility that Gaureeva has under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gaureeva will not be responsible for losses arising solely from improper storage, misuse of a product contrary to its instructions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including statutory consumer rights, remedies relating to defective or misrepresented goods, or applicable food safety obligations.

Personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We use relevant customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle refunds, maintain records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
